Parts we make
We turn metal bushings, sleeves, spacers and end plugs to customer drawings and samples:

Every part is made to order. We do not sell standard catalogue stock.
Metal parts only
We machine the metal components. For composite parts we evaluate the metal insert only and do not process external plastic. If a sample with plastic attached has to be cut open for evaluation, we ask for your consent first.
Quality and documentation
Parts are inspected against your drawing and inspection plan. PPAP and Cpk analysis can be provided by project.

Do you make the plastic part of a composite bushing?
No. We make the metal part only and do not process external plastic.
Can I send a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. Send existing samples with the material, quantity and application for engineering evaluation. If plastic has to be removed to evaluate the metal insert, we ask for your consent first.
