What we collect

When you submit an inquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, job title, company, country or region, email address, the part and quantity, the application and your requirements, plus any optional technical details or drawing link. We also record the page you sent it from, the time and a reference number. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry to review your requirements, contact you about them and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in this website's database, hosted by Cloudflare, and read by authorised staff through our inquiry management tool. Spam protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Drawings you email are handled in our business email system.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry information submitted through this website, including your contact details and technical requirements, for two years from receipt. We use it to review your requirements, contact you and prepare quotations. For requests to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, contact betty@microshafts.com.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent where required.
