From drawing to inspected parts

Turning, grinding, knurling and sorting take place in our own Ningbo plant. Heat and surface treatment are arranged to your specification.

    CNC and Swiss-type turning

    Grooves, chamfers, holes, steps and milled features are produced on CNC lathes, including Citizen and Tsugami Swiss-type machines.

  2. Grinding workshop

    Precision grinding

    Centreless grinding finishes diameters to the drawing.

  3. Camera sorting machines

    Inspection and sorting

    Parts are checked against the drawing and inspection plan; camera sorting covers 100% of the defined appearance and dimension items.
